TERMS AND POLICIES

NEW ACCOUNTS :
New accounts are welcome, accompanied by VISA or MASTERCARD payment. Shipment on account is subject to credit approval. 

TERMS OF SALE: 
(1) All prices are F.O.B. Linden, NJ, USA and are subject to change without notice. (2) Accounts must be current before subsequent shipments will be made. (3) Past-due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge. (4) Learning Carpets, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any orders based on our terms and conditions which supersede any terms and conditions stated on the customer’s purchase order.

SERVICES AND RETURN POLICY: 
(1) Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported within one week of receipt of shipment. (2) In the event of a shortage, we will gladly ship the item or credit the account. (3) For damages that are the result of product defect, we will pick up the item(s) and issue a credit or shipment replacement. (4) For goods showing damage on the shipping carton, have carrier note damages on the freight bill before accepting delivery. Goods damaged in transit must be reported to Learning Carpets, Inc. and the carrier immediately. Save all original shipping cartons, packing materials and damaged items until they have been inspected or your claim has been settled. (5) All returns must be accompanied by packing slip and marked with a return authorization number available from your customer service representative. There will be no cash refunds for returned items. (6) All items will be inspected upon return and must be in saleable condition to be eligible for credit. (7) This return policy applies to items only currently listed on our product line. It does not include discontinued or special order items. (8) There will be a 15% restocking fee for the return of undamaged, correctly-shipped merchandise. (9) All the shipments remain the property of Learning Carpets, Inc. until corresponding invoice is paid in full.
